Indian Head Massage Course
Based on ancient Ayurvedic principles, Indian head massage focuses on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck scalp and face, all areas where people tend to hold tension. You will learn to use a variety of techniques including Japanese acupressure which stimulates the pressure points on the face and scalp, and chakra balancing.
Indian head massage relieves stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. It leaves the client deeply calm and relaxed, often feeling energised, revitalised and better able to concentrate.
